1-Year Limited Warranty
Snap-Podz warrants its 3D-printed speaker pod enclosures to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase.
This warranty applies to the pod enclosures only and does not cover speakers, wiring, amplifiers, or any other audio or third-party components.
What’s Covered
What’s Not Covered
- Structural defects in the 3D-printed pod components
- Failures due to workmanship under normal use
- Speakers or any installed audio equipment
- Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, neglect, or modifications
- Any damage resulting from attempting to remove, replace, or modify the installed speakers or components
- Exposure to water, rain, or other environmental conditions
- Damage from accidents, drops, or impact
- Cosmetic wear, including scratches, fading, or normal wear and tear
Replacement Policy
If a defect in design or workmanship is confirmed, Snap-Podz will repair or replace the product. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, ccidents, or improper handling.
- Replacement parts will be provided in the original model and color selected at the time of purchase
- Warranty claims cannot be used to request color changes or customizations
Additional Terms
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
